This large supply chain company had recently made improvements in Environmental, Health and Safety: renewable energy, fatality and injury reduction, and significant progress towards external 2020 goals. Our objective was to identify and communicate these accomplishments across internal and external audiences as an essential part of the evolution of this client’s EHS communications strategy.
Developed a global communications plan, including key messages, proposed channels, and vehicles
