Evolving Technology on a Global Level
Pivot was brought in to help communicate major global IT changes on the heels of a large medical device acquisition. Our focus was to help internal end users understand and use new technologies that were introduced during the multi-year project. The goal of the project was to enable secure, consistent collaboration across this global medical technology leader and legacy company employees.
Navigated a complex, matrixed organization to identify the audiences, impact, and communications needs
Leveraged internal channels and created new avenues, such as roadshows and pop-up open houses, to deliver the messages
Partnered internally with Legal, Global Security, Corporate Communications, and Organizational Change Management to align on changes and timing
Created a cohesive and holistic program and strategy, including marketing, events, and communications that engaged the end user
Navigated complex brand requirements, translations, and global challenges to spread the messages to 90,000 people in APAC, EMEA, Greater China, LATAM, the US, and Canada
