Pivot was brought in to help communicate major global IT changes on the heels of a large medical device acquisition. Our focus was to help internal end users understand and use new technologies that were introduced during the multi-year project. The goal of the project was to enable secure, consistent collaboration across this global medical technology leader and legacy company employees.


  • Navigated a complex, matrixed organization to identify the audiences, impact, and communications needs

  • Leveraged internal channels and created new avenues, such as roadshows and pop-up open houses, to deliver the messages

  • Partnered internally with Legal, Global Security, Corporate Communications, and Organizational Change Management to align on changes and timing

  • Created a cohesive and holistic program and strategy, including marketing, events, and communications that engaged the end user

  • Navigated complex brand requirements, translations, and global challenges to spread the messages to 90,000 people in APAC, EMEA, Greater China, LATAM, the US, and Canada
